If you are reading this article, it’s probably because you’ve heard about Zurvita and want to get the real deal on it before you decide to join. Finally, I wanted to find out a little bit more about the company itself. Who was running it, and would it be around long term?
Zurvita is a company that is based on Christian principles. Simply put, treat people fairly, take care of our customers as well as our reps and always be honest about the business itself. It was nice to see that there are companies out there like that.
Also, Zurvita is 100% solid as a rock. Since I didn’t want to build a business and have the company disappear in a year or two, this was very important to me.
From what I’ve found, I have no reason to believe that Zurvita won’t be around for many, many years to come. I see this newer company rising to the top and becoming huge player in the MLM world. I would highly recommend Zurvita to anyone who is truly interested in making money from home.

One of the first questions that people like to ask me when thinking about joining my Zurvita business is, “How long will it take for me to see some success?”. The honest answer is that is completely up to you. There is really no way of knowing exactly when it’s all just going to come together for you and when the success will start rolling in.

The Choice Is Yours: Be Successful Or Keep Listening To Your Broke Friends!
There is something I just don’t understand. Why do so many people listen to their broke friends? I’ve wondered this for years and years. Sure it’s fine if you want advice on dating or clothes I guess that’s OK, too. But why take advice on money from someone who doesn’t have any?
There is something that successful people know that your broke friends will never ever tell you. That secret is when you join a home based business, any home based business, you can succeed or you could fail and the kicker is the choice is totally up to you!
You heard me right. Success is a choice! It always has been and it always will be. If you choose to fail you will and if you choose to succeed you’ll do that too.
So why would anyone choose to fail? Well, I really don’t think they know that they are doing it. If you join a business with the idea that you’ll “give it a try” you can stop right there. You’ve just made a choice to fail in that business!
If you join a business but you don’t want to tell any of your family and friends about it. Again, you’ve chosen failure instead of success. And if you join a business and barely work at it or only give it a month or two, you’ve chosen the road to failure.
So how then do you choose success? After all nobody joins a business and knowingly wants to fail. At least not any sane person that I know.
Well for starters, you can join the business with the mindset that it’s going to change your life forever. Don’t think small like an extra $500 or $1000 a month, think BIG. Nobody who “gives it a try” will ever see success. So take that phrase out of your vocabulary, right now.
You also have to be confident enough in your business to tell the people who are closest to you about it. This does not mean bugging your friends and family until they’re avoiding your calls and pretending like they’re not home. It just means that you should share it with them. If they say no, well that’s totally fine. You just shouldn’t be ashamed of what you’re doing.
One other way to choose success is to give yourself time to win. There isn’t a business alive that can promise you wealth in a couple of months. It’s going to take some time, but believe me it’s well worth it.

Can A Home Based Business Truly Be Your Profession?
When people look at a home based business, they see different things. For some people it’s a way to make a few extra dollars to help with the bills or go shopping, for some people it’s a way to make money from home while their spouse brings home the big paycheck from work and finally for others it’s a life changing thing that allows you to make the kind of money you’ve always dreamed of from home. So can a home based business really ever be your full time profession?
The answer is yes, however, the only way you’re truly going to make that life changing kind of money is if you stop seeing it as a hobby and you start building an empire!

Where To Find The Time To Work Your Home Based Business
If you’re a part of a home based business, you’ve probably struggled with finding the time to work your business. Well, you’re not alone. Almost everyone I know has at one point said, “I just don’t have time!”
So here are a few helpful hints to help you find little pockets of time to work your home business in the midst of your ultra busy life.
One thing that has been extremely helpful with me and my business has been to write down how I spend all of my time during the week. Now I don’t just mean “home” or “at work”, but every single thing that you do during the day.
For instance I found that during a certain day of the week I was watching 3 hours of TV and on another night I was just surfing the internet for a couple hours not really accomplishing anything.
I promise you that even if you have the busiest of schedules, if you do this exercise you’ll find a ton of time you never even knew you had!
Another thing you can do to find more time for your business is to get up one hour earlier in the morning or go to bed one hour later at night. Of course, I don’t want you to be dead tired during the next day but one hour isn’t really that much and you can get a lot accomplished during that time.
A lot of people find it to be very effective to work their home based business on their lunch break from work. If you get an hour for lunch you can eat for the first 15 minutes and then make calls for the last 45. You can have some good conversations in 45 minutes.
Remember that finding time to work your home based business is all a matter of desire. If you really want to make success happen, you can do it no matter what your schedule looks like while others can have a ton of time but very little desire and therefore get nothing done.
Make the choice to find the time every single day to work on building your business. A home based business is like nothing else because you build it once and it will take care of you for a very, very long time. Make some small sacrifices now for a huge payoff in the future!

Look, your upline probably can’t change things anyway, and honestly, it’s just gonna bring them down. So don’t do it!
#4 If you listen to stories of failure.
It’s true that for every 10 success stories in MLM there are about 100 stories of people who tried and failed. Don’t listen to them!
We’re sorry your cousins, best friends, aunt lost some money 15 years ago but listening to that kind of negativity doesn’t do anybody any good.
#5 If you focus on the details.
When it comes to success in MLM, the details are not important. So stop focusing on them! Many, many successful 6 figure earners couldn’t tell you what they make on their 7th level. So why are you worried about it?

Home business success for people in their 20?s
If you’re under the age of 25 you are in an amazing position! Did you know that you can build a home based business in well under 5 years? That means you can be set for life by the time you’re 30! I told you… you’re in an amazing position!
When you are in your early 20’s you are setting yourself up for the rest of your life. Most men and women under 25 are in college trying to earn a degree that will help them lead a better life. However, did you know that by the time you get that degree you could have been earning 5, 6 or even 7 figures working from home?
I’m not telling you not to go to college, but you deserve to know that there are other options for young adults like you out there.
What I have found is that most people don’t even consider a home based business until they are much older. Until maybe they’ve been laid off or their life just isn’t going as planned, but what would happen if they started their own business when they were younger? Well they’d be in a much different position now that’s for sure.
Even if you’re excited about going to college a home based business can be the perfect part time job. Why? Because you can mold your work schedule to fit into your life. If you have classes in the mornings you can work at night and if you’re busy on the weekends you can work during the week only… it really is completely up to you!
One thing to look out for if you’re a young adult thinking about joining a home based business. Be prepared for people to tell you that you can’t do it. Many people are simply misinformed when it comes to home based businesses. They hear the words and they automatically think it’s a scam. This is just not true. I don’t know when it happened or how it got started, this dirty little lie that we Americans eat up like candy. What I do know is that it’s out there and it’s stealing dreams away from countless hard working people.
So what is it exactly? Well, it comes in many forms. The first one is the idea that all home based businesses are scams. Dirty pyramid schemes that are designed to steal money from honest, hard working people and promise them things that are never going to happen.
The second incarnation of this lie is that spending money on a business is absolute lunacy and if something costs money to start it must be a scam.
The third, and most highly ingrained in us, is that the only legitimate way to make money is by having a traditional job. Allow me now to address each of these lies one by one. Consider this your de-programming.
All home based businesses are not pyramid scams. Yes, there are some scams out there. However, most of them are pretty easy to spot. First of all, a scam has no product. It’s just getting one person to pay money and then another person to pay money and so on and so on…
Secondly, multi level marketing is a legitimate business model. There is nothing, I repeat, nothing illegal about them. Otherwise how would you explain them staying in business? MLM is just a business model no more no less. It’s not designed to take your money and run. In fact, for many people, it’s the best chance of making a huge income that there is. MLM is designed for the little guy (me and you) to make money. Does everyone? No, but that doesn’t make it a scam.
Alright now on to the crazy idea that spending money on a business makes it illegal or a scam. Name me one business you can start that is 100% free. I’ll save you some time. You can’t. All businesses cost money up front to start and have a monthly overhead… all businesses.
Sure if you want a job that will probably be free, but there is a huge difference between a job and a business.
So now that the first two myths have been dispelled, let’s talk about number three. The idea that you have to have a regular old J.O.B. to be successful in life is just plain crazy. The fact is that there are two types of people who make money in America the business owners and the employees.
Employees never get rich. It just doesn’t happen! Why is that? Because the business owners are the ones who get rich! If you want to get rich, you simply must become a business owner, it’s as simple as that. Jobs are not designed to make you wealthy… businesses are.

Home Based Business Success: Investing Time And Money
If you want success in a home based business, I mean if you REALLY want success in a home based business, you’re going to have to invest time and money into it.
I don’t know how we got to this place but some where down the line we have been taught to believe that building a home based business should be easy. Maybe it’s the fact that building an income from home is easier than working at a J.O.B. for 40+ years only to be left with very little in the end. I don’t know how we got to this place but some where down the line we have been taught to believe that building a home based business should be easy. Making Money From Home: One Company Or Multiple Companies?
When you’ve made the decision to work from home, you’ve made a huge stride in the right direction. However, there are a lot of other choices you’re going to have to make if you really want to make good money from home.
First of all ,you’ll want to choose a company to join and then you’ll want to find an upline sponsor that you’re comfortable with. Sometimes you find your sponsor by them being the first person from that company to contact you and other times you’ll have to “Shop” for an upline.
Finally, you’ll be faced with a decision that almost every home based business owner is faced with at one time or another. Should I join just one company or should I join several and up my chances for success.
I know that the idea of joining lots of different companies might seems like a smart investment, but it never is. It’s not like buying multiple lottery tickets and hoping one is the winner. However, unlike the lottery ,all home based businesses require work and effort to be successful.
When you join more than one company you are splitting your focus and you are actually lowering your chances of ever really being successful in any company.

When you look at the top income earners in every single company I will promise you that not one of them is a part of any other home based business. That’s why they were able to be so successful, because they focused on one business and gave it everything they had.
Finally, the upfront cost of joining multiple companies can really hurt your bank account. Most companies cost hundreds of dollars to get started and it’s worth it because you’re going to be making all that money back. However, if you invest a lot of money and then make hardly any of it back you might be tempted to quit working from home all together.
When you join just one company your investment is much smaller and you are much more likely to succeed. It’s a no brainer really.
So do the best thing for you and your wallet. Join a home based business you can get excited about and stick with it. I promise you will see success!

Success with failure will make you a better Networker!
A lot of people believe that success is the absence of failure. That’s not true, in fact if you really want to succeed in a home based business, I’m going to tell you to embrace failure!
OK. I know it sounds crazy but it’s true. The more you fail the closer you are to success. Network marketing is nothing but a big giant numbers game and you’re going to have to talk to a lot of people to find the 3 or 4 that will change your business and your life forever.
So many people make the mistake of getting involved in a network marketing business, talking to their friends and family and then getting incredibly discouraged when they say they’re not interested. Look, not everyone is going to want what you have–Period. Instead of getting upset when people we know object to our business, we should get excited because that means we are a few people closer to finding the ones who are going to be interested.
Look at it this way, you could make the best cheeseburger in the world–the entire world! And you could walk around the street trying to give it to people. Would everyone want one? Absolutely not!
Some people don’t eat meat.
Some people don’t like cheese.
Some people just wouldn’t believe it was really the greatest cheeseburger in the world.
Some people would think if you were giving it away, it couldn’t possibly be any good.
There are about a million reasons why some people would choose not to eat that cheeseburger and not one of those reasons has anything to do with the cheeseburger. Get it?
However, the more people you talked to about your cheeseburger (or your network marketing business), the more people you’d find who were interested. Yeah, sure you’re going to have to deal with people who don’t want it but that’s fine because that just means there will be more for the people that do!
Are you starting to get my point yet? You have to fail a lot before you can win big!
We often get the idea in our heads that if our network marketing business is really so great everyone would want to be a part of it and if even one or two people say no, then it must not be that great after all. If you want more success in your MLM business, then stop blaming other people for your failures
If you’ve ever tried and failed in MLM–no make that anything. It’s easy to blame other people for your failures but, at the end of the day, you have to stop blaming other people and start looking at yourself to find true success in anything.
Watch daytime TV and you’ll be sure to see tons of people who blame others for their failures in life. From the girl who blames her parents to the man who blames the government and pretty much everything in between. Look, blaming other people for your failures is never, ever going to help you succeed. It’s just an excuse and excuses are a dime a dozen.
Until you take ownership of your business and your life you are never going to find the success you’re looking for. If you try to lose 20 lbs and you fail you could easily blame your friends for taking you out to eat or the guy at the McDonald’s drive thru but let’s just be honest. The problem really lies with you and you alone. After all, who put those things in your mouth? You of course!
Success is all about mindset. If you really want to be successful, then you have to have a positive mindset and blaming others for the things you’ve done wrong in the past can never be a part of a positive mindset.
The best way to deal with your past failures is to acknowledge them, try and learn from them and then move on. Don’t dwell on them forever just learn from them and let them go.
If you don’t let go of the past, you are doomed to repeat it. That’s a popular little quote but it’s really very true. Your past only has significance if you give it significance. So don’t do it!
Now that we’ve established that blaming other people isn’t a recipe for success, let’s talk about what is going to give you success.

Network Marketing: Simple Concept, But Not Easily Done Without WORK!
I don’t know how it got started or why so many people believe it, but there is a dirty little rumor that has been going around for a long time in the world of network marketing.
Have you believed it?
Here it is…. Making money from home is easy.
Why in the world would we ever believe that making money from home is going to be a piece of cake? Think about it, is anything that’s truly wonderful ever easy to attain?
Want a great marriage? It’s gonna take work!
Want a hot body? It’s gonna take work!
Want to be a great athlete? It’s gonna take work!
The same is true for network marketing. It blows my mind that anyone would think it’s possible to make 5, 6 or even 7 figures from home without work and lots of it.
That being said, is success working from home possible? Of course! But it is going to take work.
It’s funny how we are willing to work hard, I mean really hard for success in a regular J.O.B. but we won’t do the same for our own network marketing business. I remember times when I would work harder than almost anyone else in my department just hoping that my boss would take notice and promote me (they never did by the way). I would come in weekends, work overtime and still never really get ahead.
However, when it came to my home based business I seemed to be under the impression that working just a little bit would get me huge results. Why is that?!

Look, you’re not writing for the New York Times so don’t spend forever trying to come up with the perfect blog post. Just keep it simple and never spend more than 10 – 15 minutes a day updating your blog– It doesn’t have to be perfect!

No matter what multi-level marketing company you’re part of, chances are there is some sort of local meeting system set up to help you succeed. However, with the introduction of the internet and online marketing, fewer and fewer people are willing to get dressed up and go to their local meetings every week. So the question is, should you?
In the old days of MLM, everyone went to local meetings, well at least everyone who was successful. However, today that’s just not so. Internet marketers are popping up in almost every company and these master marketers often shy away from the traditional meeting system and opt for conference calls or webinars.
I believe the question of whether to go to your local meetings or not is a personal thing and it really comes down to how you plan on marketing your business.

Marketing your business: Avoid Puking on your Prospect!
In the movie “Mean Girls” starring Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams the main character Cady talks about something called “word vomit”. That’s when you start saying things that you really don’t need to be saying but you can’t help it.
So what on earth does that have to do with your home based business? Well I believe that when almost all new home based business owners are talking to people about their business, they have a severe case of “word vomit”.
It’s really not your fault, you actually think you’re doing the right thing. After all, if someone wants to know about your home based business you should give them as much information as possible right? Wrong.
When talking to someone about your home based business opportunity, less is always, always, always more. This is not to say that you should keep important information a secret or act like you’re ashamed of your business. Does a prospect need to know the type of business you’re in? Yes. Do they need to know what they’ll be doing if they become involved? Yes. Do they need to know how much money they make on their 3rd level? NO!
I know that it’s super easy to get excited about your new business but don’t say too much and risk overwhelming a prospect.
Try to answer only the questions that you are asked in an honest and professional way without giving people too many details that they don’t need.
This is especially true when it comes to internet marketing. I can’t tell you how many times I see people advertising their home based business and giving way too many details. Think about the way big fortune 500 companies advertise. They talk about their product, service, store whatever and then stop. They don’t tell you the starting salary for their employees, the directions to get to their nearest location and the name of the college their CEO when to school. It’s just too much information!
Are you starting to see what I’m saying? Less really is more when it comes to your home based business! So the next time you’re talking to someone about your business remember to:
- Answer the questions they ask you honestly and then stop
- Don’t get bogged down in the little details
- Don’t assume prospects want to know something wait for them to ask

Financially Dependent or Financially Independent? Choose Carefully!!
It is a sad but true fact that by the time people reach their “golden years” people are either dead, dead broke or financially independent.
Now, I would hope that you wouldn’t want to be dead. I’ve yet to run across someone who thinks this is the best option.
So it really just comes down to two big choices: dead broke or financially independent.
A few decades ago, you could work hard all your life and at the end of it all, retire with a nice amount of money to show for your years and years of effort. Sadly, for most people, this is no longer the case.
If you don’t believe me, take a look around at how many people in their 50’s 60’s and even 70’s are still working to this day. Some of them have retired and realized they don’t have enough money to stay retired. Some of them haven’t been able to afford to retire at all!
I don’t know about you but I do not plan on working well into my golden years. I want to retire and more than that, I want to retire and actually have the money to live the way I want to live.
